4. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid plans renew automatically unless canceled. Fees are outlined on the Pricing page.

5. Service Availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

6. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of your sensor data and may export it anytime.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform software and branding are property of JoySense.

8. Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for failures caused by third-party providers.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

JoySense is provided ‘as-is’. Liability is limited to the amount paid in the previous 12 months.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the jurisdiction in which JoySense is incorporated.
